2 weeks ago, I went to help out at the CUHK Young Alumni Day
Other alumnus spent time listening and advising our recent young graduates who had fewer than 10 years of working experiences
The common concern coming from them nowadays include:
✏️ They feel frustrated and lost in terms of their career paths because the economy wasn’t good
✏️ They want to change industry because of the recession
✏️ Some broke down mentally because they were being laid off or they could not land jobs that they want to
