“Even Harvard MBAs are struggling to land jobs”

23% of them cannot find a job few months after graduation

📕 This highlights a significant shift in the job market, where high-paying positions are becoming scarce

That’s why interview preparation becomes more and more crucial if you have a shot at landing at a decent paying role

📗 The most important interview strategy nowadays is to 

Show your value > The salary that your future company will pay

I think this strategy applies to all roles regardless of front, mid, back office. 

For front office, it is always easy to quantify

For Mid to back office, you need to brainstorm and quantify your value in monetary terms
