📊 Preparing for University Admission Interview - 3 Tips!

I am very excited to meet with the high school students who applied to CUHK Business School. 

❤️ Thank you again CUHK for inviting me to sit on the interview panel. 

🗓 Starting next Monday will be the JUPAS University Admission Interview in Hong Kong.

⭐ Every year, I look forward to this period because the younger generation represents our future.

It is important that we invest in our younger generation.

🌠 I have been sitting in the JUPAS Admission Interview Panel for the past few years and here are some tips that I want to share with you:

🌟 Think Big and be YOU

- It is normal to do a self introduction.

- Remember when you prepare your self introduction, make sure it is something personal, authentic yet memorable enough for the interview panel to remember you.

- There was a year that one of the student expressed that his dream was to become the Hong Kong version of Elon Musk and I was impressed by his courage and creativity.

- If students can think big, adults like myself should be like that too!

🌟 Be Proactive

- Every year, there will be a group discussion on a trendy topic

- Make sure you offer interesting insight and speak up when you have the chance

- You only have 20 mins to stand out from other 5-6 students

- Make use of your chance to stand out!

🌟 Prepare for the Basics

- Make sure there is no typo in your High School CV! 

- Dress formal

- Don’t be late!

- There was a student who was 30 minutes late and this really reflected badly on his/her effort
