🏆 2025 = Work smarter🏆 Sharing what worked for me & what didn’t in 2024!

In the past, I loved setting new year resolutions because I could achieve them in a bull market 

However, I foresee that 2025 is just an extension of 2024

A slow market

🎯 The best way would be to work smarter and have a stronger EQ 

(celebrate every small wins) 

- Find out what is making money and what is not 💰 

- Apply to companies and industries that are profiting so you enjoy a bigger paycheque and equity 📈 

(Trust me - you need to do your homework because no one will tell you which industries are profiting 

- Just like when I worked at Citi Private Bank, the wealthiest people never dress up in fully branded clothes, they did not even want you to know they are wealthy because they are worried that we keep selling them products)

🌎 Even if it means relocating or more travelling, will you consider this option?

(This reminds me of my matchmaking business. I always ask my single female clients to consider moving to Singapore or countries where there are more single men. 

Vice versa - asking single men to move to HK or New York where there are more single women - There is a higher probability of success)

✏️ I want to share what works for me and what don’t in 2024 - 2025 for recruitment/sales industry. 

I am curious about others’s method of success too!

1) What works for me: 

☎️ Calling clients and have conversations

☎️ Face to face meetings MATTER

- You will get more information about their hiring trends

- If they don’t have plans to hire, then move on to the next client and set a time to follow up with them sporadically 

- As Ryan Serhant said "Always Follow Up"

2) What didn’t work:

📨 Mass emailing clients 

They will usually delete

Or Ignore your emails

And you don’t get a reply = 0 Result

But of course for clients that are new to me and that I don’t have their numbers, I still need to email them to set up a call.

I would focus 80% more on what delivers results and 20% on what don’t
